Weddings and larger events are best reserved four to eight weeks out, though we always try to accommodate later requests. Popular weekends fill quickly, so an early inquiry secures your date.
Yes — we serve all of Long Island. Events beyond our standard radius are simply quoted with a travel arrangement, which we’ll always confirm with you up front.
Yes. Abide Coffee Co. is fully mobile, and the cart comes to your event anywhere on Long Island, in Nassau County and Suffolk County alike.
The cart comes to you. There is nothing to pick up: we bring the cart to your event, wherever it is on Long Island.
The cart is largely self-contained. For most setups we need a standard power source and a level space to serve from — indoor or outdoor. We’ll walk through the specifics when we build your quote.
Absolutely. Signature drinks, custom menu signage, branded cups, and cold-foam options can all be tailored to your theme, colors, and moment.
